Do you provide any community outreach?
Cheryl Vargas is an authorized NAPO* in the Schools provider. This means that if you know of a classroom for ages K-12 who might benefit from a free, 45-minute presentation from a professional organizer, please get in touch. The presentation focuses on the academic advantages of being an organized student. Cheryl is also a volunteer-at-large for the Girl Scouts of America. * (National Association of Professional Organizers)
How does one go about selecting a personal organizer, what do I look for? How do I judge value for the money I spend?
- You’ll want to work with an organizer who will customize solutions to suit your life and/or work style.
- Your organizer should be able to develop a plan that helps you measure your success.
- Ask how the organizer will go about helping you maintain long term results.
- Select someone whom you’ll feel comfortable with.
- Ask for customer references.
- Are the services guaranteed?

How long does it take?
Our residential and office packages are typically a minimum of 4 hours. We also offer an office-focused 8-hour Miracle™.
Will I be organized when you’re done?
We typically work with clients ‘one room at a time’ with documented success. Yes, you will have a clutter-free environment where you can find everything you need in 5 seconds or less! It’s true!
If you’ve spent time to get organized in the past you know how frustrating it is for things to revert back to chaos. Our systems are designed to teach you how to attain long term, effective results.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes, we offer a complimentary phone consultation to assess your needs and to answer any questions you might have.

How much will it cost me?
The cost of being DISorganized in your life and your business is astronomical without even factoring in the costs associated with frustration, lost documents, checks, contacts and your personal credibility.
Organizing sessions are a minimum of 4 hours. Our regular hourly rate is $65. Project rates are available and are typically lower than the hourly rate and will be determined after a complimentary phone consultation.
