My philosophy
With more than 15 years of event and convention management experience, I know how to manage large groups of people, handle impossible deadlines, and work in large and small venues with constantly-changing needs.
The key to success in these areas is a well-organized system, careful planning, and fail-safe contingencies. I established OrganizeChicago in 2003 to expand on the application of these tactics and share those lessons with others

You must be perceived as in full control, a problem solver who anticipates and addresses problems before they arise.
